CCIR Template using Maltego (should be readable in CASEFILE[1] software)
[1]: https://www.maltego.com/downloads/ (you can install CASEFILE for the free Community Edition. If you don't want to do Maltego searches or register with PATERVA corporation to use their servers, then just install the simpler CASEFILE edition - you can create and read graphs like below with it)
